NariFashion – Return & Exchange Policy
At NariFashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, we follow a strict No Refund policy. Please read our terms carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refunds for Size or Color Issues:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for complaints related to size or color variation.
Slight color variations (up to 10–15%) may occur due to lighting, digital photography, and screen resolution—this will not be considered a defect.
2. Exchange Policy:
Exchange is only applicable in case of a wrong product (wrong item or design) or damaged product received.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with unboxing video proof for any exchange to be considered.
3. Exchange Conditions:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
4. No Return or Exchange on Sale/Discounted Items
5. Custom Orders & Bulk Purchases:
No return, refund, or exchange is applicable on customized, stitched, or bulk orders.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
